Our Founder and Staff

Late Mrs. Jessie Iloputaife (Founder)

Reverend Jessie Chinwe Iloputaife (July 2, 1930 to June 27, 2019) founded Proclaim International Ministries in 1992. Mama Jessie as she was also known, was a former teacher with the Long Beach Unified School District. With her teacher’s income, she subsidized most of the charitable activities of the organization, drawing funds also from donations that trickled in from the few donors who knew of her endeavors. Her training as a chef, and experience as a chief chef with the Biafran Army during the Nigerian civil war enabled her to use very little to cook for and feed tasty nutritious meals to the less fortunate. Even though she retired from the school district at the age of 76, she continued to devote a great deal of her time to the ministry.

Mrs. Ethel Eze, volunteering as the Director of the California Community Projects is a preschool teacher by profession. She has been with the organization for over thirteen years.

Mr. Ernest Aduwa Anyaji is the Director of Proclaim International Ministries overseeing The Christian School and Orphanage in Inyi, Nigeria.
